Private Q&A and Networking for Students
On the first day of the mission, over 180 students from three Guadalajara universities joined Dr. Alfredo Quiñones, Dr. VĂctor GarcĂa, April Sabangan, and Dr. Santiago Nuñez for a lively panel on neurosurgery and global health. The event featured open dialogue, insightful Q&A, and a spirited game of Jeopardy—fostering connection, laughter, and collaboration across Mission:BRAIN chapters.

During the first surgical day, Mission:BRAIN volunteers from three local chapters visited the pediatric wing at Hospital Civil de Guadalajara—bringing toys, painting, and crafts to brighten the children’s day.
