Mission:BRAIN to Host Global Research Symposium in Miami, Nov 2025

Mission:BRAIN is proud to announce its upcoming Global Neurosurgery Research Symposium, taking place November 14–15, 2025 in Miami, Florida.

This two-day event will bring together researchers, students, and global health leaders to explore the future of neurosurgery through the lens of collaboration, access, and innovation. Hosted in partnership with academic institutions and student chapters, the symposium will highlight interdisciplinary work that aims to expand life-saving neurosurgical care to underserved populations around the world.

🔬 What to Expect:

  • Abstract presentations from students, residents, and researchers across the globe
  • Discussions on the intersection of neurosurgery and public health
  • Breakout mentorship sessions and networking opportunities
  • Keynote speakers from international neurosurgical and academic institutions
  • A focus on collaborative efforts that address global disparities in care and access

This year’s symposium continues the momentum built by our network of student leaders, including those who helped shape last year’s inaugural event. As the field of global neurosurgery evolves, so too does the need for inclusive, interdisciplinary collaboration—and this gathering is designed to foster just that.

Stay tuned for abstract submission dates, speaker announcements, and registration details.
